Pay as you go
For specific projects eg drafting contracts of employment, designing an appraisal scheme, conducting an HR audit – or even just providing advice/support on a disciplinary issue.
Block hours
A minimum number of hours purchased in advance (minimum 8) to be used as and when necessary.
Retainer
To spread costs, a set number of hours (as little as 1 hour per month) purchased on a monthly basis at a discounted rate. Flexible use over 3 month period.
